What wax is used in your candles?
Our candles are made using soy wax, chosen for its clean burn and soft, natural finish.
What is the scent of Bloom N°1?
Bloom N°1 is scented with a warm rose-led fragrance, balanced with subtle woody and spiced notes for a soft, calming finish.
How strong is the scent?
The scent is designed to be present but not overpowering. It gently fills a room without becoming heavy.
Is each candle the same?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in finish are normal and part of the process.
Why does Bloom N°1 have a rose on top?
The rose is a sculptural detail designed to be a point of focus. It melts gradually as the candle burns, creating a calm, evolving visual rather than remaining static.
Will the rose fully melt?
Yes. As the candle burns, the rose will soften and melt into the wax, eventually forming a smooth, even surface.

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. Once shipped, UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery method.
Will my candle arrive safely?
Yes. Each candle is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?

How is my order delivered?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working daysfrom dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
